Those individuals who desire a leadership role in the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ must follow in His footsteps; that is, they must become
servant-leaders. They must live holy and sanctified lives - set apart for the Master’s use. In the world today, the Church attempts to get closer and closer into the world system without losing its effectiveness. In the apostles’ day, the Church attempted to get further and further away from the world system and still be effective. This little handbook serves to remind the servant-leader that his walk is one of light and not darkness and that he is a book that will be read by all men -espcially those who walk under his ministry.
