The Tales of Tonogato is an Asian-themed fantasy series by author Kevin Radthorne. The three books (The Road to Kotaishi, The Sands of Sabakushi, and The Pool of Shikama) form an epic tale that weaves magic and intrigue in a mythical Far East setting, where one’s friend may turn out to be an enemy, and what appears to be real may be nothing more than an illusion.
