When Morgan Langdon, pet storeowner and freelance investigative reporter, is charged with organizing the fall fest yacht club ball in Harbor View, Rhode Island, she doesn’t realize part of her clean-up
duties will include a dead body. The perpetrator lurks within the presumptuous Who’s Who of Newport society, but that doesn’t deter Morgan’s journalistic tenacity to find the truth.
